Elphistone Resort has implemented the following guidelines are in place to ensure the safety of all pour guests from COVID-19:

• Luggage sterilization upon arrival
• Measuring guests’ temperature and handing face mask and glove upon check in
• Flowing up the instructions during the check in procedures of keeping distances
• The maximum occupancy for the room is 2 adults + one child
• Room cleaning to be upon request or once every 48 hours
• Measuring guests’ temperature before entering the restaurant.
• Flowing up the restaurant’s instructions of keeping distances
• Maximum number of guest for one table is 4 persons in the restaurant
• The distance between chairs is 1.5 meter in the restaurant
• Food to be served on the table without moving the guest from his table
• Beach towels to be delivered to the room to minimize points of contact
• The safe distance is 2 meters between the sun beds
